FAQs

What do I need to make a reservation for one of our luxury properties?

Our dedicated Vacation Consultants are here to help match you to the best suited residence. Once you are ready to proceed with the reservation, we require a 25% deposit of the total vacation cost at the time of booking and the remainder of the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival or by October 15th for Holiday reservations. We accept check, wire transfer, or credit card payments. Reservations can be made by calling us at 970.748.4480. If our team is not available at the time of your call please leave a message and we will return your call promptly. After making your reservation you will receive an email confirmation stating our payment and cancellation policies.

How do we get keys when we arrive to our property?

Your Personal Vacation Consultant will greet you for arrival at your rental residence. You will be provided with keys or access codes and given a tour of the residence to familiarize you with the residence’s amenities and systems.

What supplies are provided?

All rental residences are fully outfitted with kitchenware and cookware. Paper products including paper towels and toilet paper are also provided by housekeeping. All of our homes have wireless internet, cable and or satellite television and bedding.

What should I pack?

You will want to be prepared according to the season you are visiting but in Winter you will want to be prepared for cold weather and snowy conditions. A few other items to consider would be sunscreen, hiking shoes, fishing poles, golf clubs, ski equipment, baby equipment etc.  We are also able to secure most items for rental in the event you prefer not to travel with extra items.

Do you offer pet friendly accommodations?

Some of our properties do allow pets but not all. Pets will be approved on a case-by-case in writing with your Vacation Consultant in writing prior to your arrival.

Can we check in early/depart late?

Our normal check-in times are 5pm and departure times are at 10am however we do offer flexibility when available. Please check with your Personal Vacation Consultant for any special needs and requests prior to your trip.

What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?

We offer a travel insurance policy that could protect you against certain unexpected events. We recommend you review when booking your reservation. Should you not choose to purchase the travel insurance, 20% of your deposit is forfeited on reservations made and not paid in full and 100% is forfeited if within the 60 day window of arrival (or October 15 for Holiday bookings).

Do you offer refunds for early departures?

We are not able to offer refunds for early departures as the residence had been reserved for the rental guest and our homeowner’s expect full compensation once the residence has been reserved.
